No endeavor is successful without a clear understanding of goals and objectives at the beginning. That is why is is important to establish a clear direction with every client with whom we do business.

CONSULTING

We will meet with you to establish your project goals. Face-to-face meetings are the best means for each party to establish trust and reach agreement on the initial project direction. Subsequent meetings will further establish direction, as more project details are discussed and agreed upon.

Next, schedule and budget are discussed. These two project elements are extremely important to establish at the start of any project, as this will provide both the client and the consultant with solid goals to refer to throughout the project process.

Finally, the project proceeds, as we oversee the initial work through project completion, always monitoring the established project schedule and budget to keep changes in either to a minimum.

DESIGN

We will provide you with graphic representations of your project at every stage to ensure we are proceeding toward the intended result.

Our services in this area will include schematic site planning, conceptual / schematic / final project design and documentation, presentation documents for all approving entities (planing boards, building departments, etc.), all within the agreed-upon program requirements.

The project will also be extremely sensitive to sustainable design, utilizing guidelines set forth by the United States Green Building Council (USGBC), whose mission is “to transform the way buildings and communities are designed, built and operated, enabling an environmentally and socially responsible, healthy and prosperous environment that improves the quality of life”.

If desired, Leadership In Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) certification will be pursued by employing sustainable design procedures at project start.

Consultants will be brought on board as required by the project scope, that provide the highest level of design and professionalism.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT

We will ensure that your project reaches it’s goals throughout the entire work completion process, both by monitoring schedule and costs.

Direct involvement and oversight of the project during completion will ensure swift response to any issues that inevitably arise during the construction process.  All decisions will be made with direct owner consultation, with schedule and budget constraints in mind.
