CURRENT WORK

Lincoln Park Redevelopment, Newark, NJ - An ongoing assignment, designing multi-family, urban infill housing units around the historic Lincoln Park area.  Units are a variety of studio, one, two and three bedrooms with full kitchens, baths, in either four story apartment or three story townhouse buildings.  We are working in coordination with the in-house LPR director of green construction, with the intent of  filing these projects for LEED silver certification.  This work is part of several funding applications filed by LPR with the state, with construction anticipated to start in September 2009

Adelaide L. Sanford Charter School, Newark, NJ - An ongoing consulting assignment, assisting the charter school staff in prioritizing and budgeting future work as part of the economic stimulus package.  The school is looking to either rehabilitate existing space, or expand into newer space close to their current location.

Former Weights and Measures Building, Trenton, NJ - A recent start-up project, providing schematic design services to a development partnership, for one of future residential rehabilitation projects in Trenton.  The first project will provide four two bedroom units with access to roof terraces.

PAST PROJECTS

Kitchen Renovation, Piscataway, NJ - Provided construction permit documents for an interior kitchen renovation.  The entire kitchen was gutted, with new cabinets, appliances, utilities installed.

Allstate Insurance branch office, Piscataway, NJ - Provided construction documents for a new insurance agency office in an existing strip mall space, with new conference room, kitchenette, open office areas.

New Jersey Institute of Technology, Newark, NJ - Provided project management, in-house design consultant services for on-campus capital improvement projects.  We coordinated with several administrative departments for design confirmation, budgeting, public bidding and construction administration.
